Once you have submitted your offer, the seller will be notified that an offer has been made on their listing. They have 2 business days to decide if they would like to accept your offer.  

Offer Not Accepted

If the seller does not accept your offer, you will receive an email with the decision.  You may go ahead and submit another offer as long as the listing is still active.

Offer Accepted

If your offer is accepted, you will receive an email with this decision. Aucto will be in touch with payment instructions and pick-up details as a next step.

No Decision Made

If a seller has not yet made a decision, you will be contacted by the Aucto Support team in 2 business days with the update.  You will be notified as soon as a decision has been made.  If you have questions in the meantime, please contact support@aucto.com
