There are several different ways to bid on the Aucto Marketplace depending on the lot type and the device you are using. These include:

• Auction lots
• Tender lots

How do I bid on Auction lots on desktop?

To place a bid on a desired lot in an Auction, you must first be logged in to your Aucto Marketplace account, have verified your identity with a credit card and registered to participate in the auction. Once approved for your desired auction, you will see the bidding interface. If you are not registered for an auction and need assistance registering for the auction please reach out to support@aucto.com.

Step #1 - Navigate to the Auction lot you wish to bid on and click on the blue bid button.

Step #2 - After clicking the above button you will see a pop-up with critical Event Terms & Conditions. Be sure to review each of the terms and conditions thoroughly before clicking on the blue I Agree button.

Step #3 - After agreeing to the Event Terms & Conditions, you will see a new pop-up on the screen. You will be able to see your bid amount. To confirm and place the bid, click the blue Place Bid button.

How do I place a bid on an Auction on a mobile device?

Step #1 - Navigate to the Auction lot you wish to bid on and click on the blue bid button.

Step #2 - After clicking the above button you will see a pop-up with critical Event Terms & Conditions. Be sure to review each of the terms and conditions thoroughly before clicking on the blue I Agree button.

Step #3 - After agreeing to the Event Terms & Conditions, you will see a new pop-up on the screen. You will be able to see your bid amount. To confirm and place the bid, click the blue Place Bid button.

How do I bid on a Tender Lot on Desktop?

To submit a sealed bid in a Tender, you must complete the following steps. Please note, unlike a Auction on Aucto.com, the lot timer does not extend if a bid is submitted within the final minute before closing.

Step #1 - Navigate to the Tender lot you wish to bid on and click on the blue - Submit Sealed Bid button.

Step #2 - After clicking the above button, you will see a pop-up with critical Event Terms & Conditions. Be sure to review each of the terms and conditions thoroughly before clicking on the blue I Agree button.

Step #3 - After agreeing to the Event Terms & Conditions you will see a new pop-up on the screen. You will be able to enter your bid amount. Once you have entered your bid amount, press the blue Place Sealed Bid button.

How do I bid on a Tender Lot on a mobile device?

Follow these steps to place a bid in a Tender ending on the Aucto Marketplace from your mobile device.

Step #1 - Navigate to the Tender lot you wish to bid on and click on the blue - Submit Sealed Bid button.

Step #2 - After clicking the above button, you will see a pop-up with critical Event Terms & Conditions. Be sure to review each of the terms and conditions thoroughly before clicking on the blue I Agree button

Step #3 - After agreeing to the Event Terms & Conditions you will see a new pop-up on the screen. You will be able to enter your bid amount. Once you have entered your bid amount, press the blue Place Sealed Bid button.
