What if I forgot my account password?

How do I reset/change my password when I am not logged into my Aucto account?


Step #1 -
Navigate to the login page at https://www.aucto.com/login

Step #2 - Click the Forgot Password option underneath the password field.

Step #3 - Enter the email address you use to create your Aucto account and click the Submit button

Step #4 - Check your email inbox and spam folders for an email from Aucto with the password reset instructions.


Step #5 - Click the link in the email and type in and confirm your new password.

How do I change my password when I am already logged into my Aucto account?

Step #1 - Open up your dashboard by hovering over the My Account icon in the upper right corner and clicking on the dashboard option. You can also access the dashboard by visiting https://www.aucto.com/marketplace/user-dashboard

Step #2 - In the left menu, underneath Account Settings, you will see an option for Password. Click this option.

Step #3 - Enter in your current password in the area provided followed by the new password. Once all fields are filled, click the Save button.
