Over the last few months, we’ve been working hard to bring to life Aucto Delivery, a service many of our buyers have been asking for. We’re thrilled to announce that we are now able to offer door to door delivery services to all our buyers, on eligible products sold on the Aucto Marketplace.
What is Aucto Delivery?
Aucto Delivery enables you as a buyer to enjoy a ‘one stop shop’ experience with us. From initial purchase, to payment processing, and all the way to delivery, you are working directly with the Aucto team to make sure your purchases arrive safely on your doorstep. We take care of sourcing quotes to get you the best price and delivery options and send them directly to you. All you have to do is approve and we take care of all the coordination. The approved shipping charge is added to your Sales Order as a separate line item for you to easily track and pay with your items all together.
Are all products eligible for Aucto Delivery?
While we are working to enable Aucto Delivery for as many products as possible, there are currently a few small criteria that products have to meet for us to offer this service. To qualify, all purchased equipment, machinery and parts must be:
- Located in the United States
- Loadable onto a flatbed trailer or dry van
How does the process work?
We’ve made the process super easy for our buyers!
- When you are on a product page within the Aucto Marketplace, you can see if the product is eligible by the ‘Aucto Delivery’ badge displayed on the top, just under the product title.
- To get a quote for the product, just click on the ‘Get a Quote’ link, fill in a few required details and an Aucto rep will get back to you with your shipping options and pricing.
- If you become the winning bidder for that product and choose to accept the quote, you will see the shipping charge on your Sales Order and you can pay together with your purchase.
And don’t worry, if you miss out on getting a quote and decide you need Aucto Delivery after you have won the equipment, our team will offer this service before you make your final payment!
